Porsche Museum Edition

Even though the brand and company Porsche exists longer, the history of the Porsche as a car manufacturer started June 8 1948 when the very first car bearing the name Porsche was licensed.  The first car to bear the Porsche name was made in the Austrian town of Gmünd. Just 15 years later Porsche presented the 911 – the brand’s iconic car.

Josef Arweck brings us the history of Porsche in a different way than one would expect. Thousands of books haven been written on the subject Porsche, but this is one is slightly different. The book is nor just a coffee table book, nor just some text. It is a combination of both. During 7 chapters, the authors brings us the story that started in 1948 and still goes on today.. a story of 7 decades illustrated  with great pictures.
