RM Magazine is a Belgian-based magazine dedicated to racing. Next to the magazine, they created the bi-annual International Racing Show, that had it’s 4th edition last weekend. Nowadays, event organizers often try to expose quite big, with great pomp and ceremony, lots of exposure and luxury. The 4th International Racing Show in Kortrijk was the opposite and had a low-profile approach. But that for sure didn’t spoil the fun.

The final result was an exhibition of approximately 350 race and rally cars, with a majority in the 2nd category. No surprise, knowing that the exhibition took place in West Flanders, a region where rally sport lives like nowhere else in the Benelux. That meant of course a whole lot of Ford and Subaru’s, but even the legendary ex- Walter Röhl and Christian Geistdorfer short-wheelbase Audi Quatro S1 could be seen. A great part of the huge F1 memorabilia collection of Sven Laevers was on display, and cars from all race disciplines filled the exhibition halls to the pleasure of the large crowds that found their way to Kortrijk.

A show like no other show in the Benelux, and we’re looking forward to 2026 to visit the 5th. International Racing Show.
