One of the most intresting, if not the most intresting car shows worldwide is without any doubt Geneva. Many manufacturers wait for this show to present their novelties, ready for the market, or to proof their capabilities on design and engineering by showing the, sometimes very futuristic, prototypes. Nothing else this year.
On the Porsche stand, with the presentation of the Porsche 911GT3, not only the GT3 itself was the centre of the show, but the many personalities too. Wolfgang Porsche, grandson of the late Professor Porsche, the well-known Ferdinand Pïech with his spouse Ursula. Some great names from the race too, like the Belgian Jacky Ickx, or Jacky Stewart. or a world famous former F1 photographer Rainer Schlegelmilch, who was glad to go on the picture with the 2 ex F1 racers Ickx and Stewart.
And those into speed on the snow, the famous RUF company presented brandnew ski’s, made in Switzerland by AK-Ski.
And ofcourse one can’t imagine a great car show, without the lovely models. Sometimes these models seem to be even more beautifull than the cars 😉
