911Motorsport, the belgian based specialist in restoring and maintaning historic race Porsches, had their spring trackdays again. As usual, the circuit in Abbeville, France was chosen as place to be for a few days of fun.

I could only visit the 911Motorsport Trackdays on Thursday , which meant some folks had their racecars towed back home yet, as I arrived on wednesday night. Some heavy showers disturbed the fun wednesday late afternoon, and some people chose not to continue the fun.

Despite the smaller number of cars, it was great to see some real rare racers on the track, like a 1973 Porsche Carrera RS Lightweight, 1 of only 17 and a real fortune on wheels as one of these was for sale at the Technoclassica in Essen for over 400K Euros. And how about a 3.0 liter RS ? Or a 993 Carrera RS with only 15K kilometres on its tacho ?

Words cannot describe the feeling I have when I see this cars on the track, you better enjoy the pictures.
