Porsche continues to push the limits of electric performance with the unveiling of the all-new Macan GTS — a striking and dynamic addition to the brand’s growing all-electric SUV lineup. The latest model combines the agility, precision, and design flair that have long defined the GTS badge, now in fully electric form.
Delivering up to 420 kW of overboost power, an electronically controlled rear differential lock, and GTS-tuned sports air suspension, the electric Macan GTS sets new benchmarks for driving engagement. True to the spirit of the GTS lineage, which dates back to the Porsche 904 Carrera GTS even though the cars cannot be compared , this model stands out with its distinctive design details, darker styling accents, and a focus on pure driving pleasure.
Electrifying performance with GTS precision
For the first time, the Macan name meets the GTS identity in a fully electric form — and the results are thrilling. The Macan GTS accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds, reaches 200 km/h in 13.3 seconds, and has a top speed limited to 250 km/h. Its powertrain is based on the same layout as the Macan Turbo, featuring Porsche’s most powerful rear-axle electric motor in the range.

The rear motor, with its 900-amp silicon carbide pulse inverter, works alongside a front motor to deliver 380 kW in standard form or 420 kW with Launch Control. Together they produce a massive 955 Nm of torque. The Macan GTS offers a WLTP range of up to 586 kilometers, and thanks to its 100 kWh battery and 270 kW peak charging capacity, it can be recharged from 10 to 80 percent in just 21 minutes at a suitable fast charger.
The standard Sport Chrono Package includes a track mode inspired by the Taycan, optimizing cooling and minimizing performance loss under intense driving conditions. This setup ensures consistent power delivery and durability during demanding sessions.
Handling tuned for precision
As expected from a GTS, the chassis setup is designed for exceptional driver feedback and balance. The Macan GTS uses a rear-biased weight distribution (48:52) and features adaptive air suspension with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM). Ride height is 10 mm lower than other Macan Electric models, while the suspension tuning and anti-roll bars have been refined specifically for the GTS.
Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus and an electronically controlled rear differential lock are standard, delivering agile cornering and sharp turn-in. For even greater precision, buyers can opt for rear-axle steering.
In true Porsche fashion, even the sound is part of the experience. The GTS features a Porsche Electric Sport Sound system, offering two distinct acoustic profiles that change character in the Sport and Sport Plus driving modes.

Distinct GTS design
Visually, the Macan GTS exudes performance. Its design is defined by black-painted accents across the body, a trademark of Porsche GTS models. Tinted Matrix LED headlights, sculpted air intakes, and black side blades give the car an unmistakably sporty stance.
The GTS will also be the first to receive Porsche’s new Sport Design Package as standard, with unique front and rear aprons and black exterior details, including the spoiler lip, wheel arch trims, and diffuser panel. Standard wheels are 21-inch Macan Design alloys in Anthracite Grey, while 22-inch RS Spyder Design wheels are available as an option.
Three new colors join the palette: Crayon, Carmine Red, and Lugano Blue — the latter appearing on a Macan for the first time. In total, 15 standard colors are available, with Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur offering nearly 60 additional shades through Paint to Sample.
Sporty and refined interior
Inside, the Macan GTS features a blend of luxury and motorsport-inspired detailing. Extended Race-Tex upholstery covers key touchpoints such as the seats, steering wheel, armrests, and dashboard, complemented by smooth black leather surfaces. The adaptive Sports Seats feature Race-Tex center panels and 18-way adjustment for optimal comfort and support.
The optional GTS Interior Package lets owners match their interior details with the exterior paint color. Available in Carmine Red, Slate Grey Neo, or Lugano Blue, the package adds color-matched stitching, seatbelts, and ‘GTS’ lettering throughout the cabin. A Carbon Interior Package is also included, adding lightweight carbon-fibre trim to the dashboard, steering wheel, and door panels.
The GTS theme extends to the digital cockpit, where the central display and instrument cluster feature custom graphics and ‘GTS’ insignia. Through the Sport Chrono app, drivers can access lap timing, telemetry data, and performance analysis directly from the infotainment system.
Technology and comfort upgrades
The new GTS benefits from the latest updates across the Macan lineup, including Porsche Digital Key functionality, advanced parking assistance, AI-supported Voice Pilot, and expanded in-car entertainment features such as integrated gaming. Practicality hasn’t been forgotten either — the electric SUV now offers a maximum towing capacity of 2,500 kilograms.

With the launch of the all-electric Macan GTS, Porsche continues its mission to blend emotion, technology, and performance. It’s a model that bridges the brand’s motorsport DNA with the electric future, offering the same spirit that made previous GTS models legends among Porsche fans.
