Ciney Retromoteur is an internationally renowned event. Under normal circumstances, it attracts visitors from all over Europe: France, Great Britain, Italy, Holland, Germany, Sweden, Austria. There have been years even visitors from the USA flew in. For an obvious reason of course. Tens of thousands of square meters of exhibition space, filled with hundreds of old, prestigious, two- or four-wheeled vehicles. All of them are jewels, even when covered with a thick layer of dust. Some of the models are highly wanted, some of them are unique.
In 2021 the event was slightly different. But who cares about a diminished number of exhibitors at the Ciney Retromoteur? Shouldn’t we all be satisfied the event could take place in the first place? And honestly, the odds were still very high that you went home with some great addition to your collection. Ciney Retromoteur remains one of the favorite classic car shows to exchange and find much sought-after spare parts. Quite some exhibitors showed an amazing lot of accessories, gadgets, scale models, old toys, but also documentation, technical books, old toys, posters, plates.
All that makes that Ciney Retromoteur remains a show for boh collectors, classic car aficionados, professionals, and those who simply enjoy the atmosphere. We hope to see you there in 2022 for a show that will be as huge as it used to be in previous editions.
