Biography Nico Müller
Nico Muller is born in Thu, a village in the Swiss mountains. As a young boy, he started racing mountain bikes together with his friends. It didn’t take too long however before he found his passion for something else. He was just 12, when he drove his first laps in a go cart, and immeditely he realized that was his dream. From that very moment, he made sure everything in his life was shaped around his love for racing. Besides his school commitments, he used every free hour to look for supporter and partners who allowed him to pursue his racing career.

After completing high school, he fully focused on motorsport and racing, and had the chance to sign a contract as Audi Works Driver in 2014. In 2016, Müller won a DTM race, in which he beated his youth idols, a moment he’ll never forget and cherich forever. Müller won the prestigious Nürburgring 24h in 2015 and fought for the DTM title in 2019 for the whole season, winning 3 races and standing on the podium 11 times to finish the season as a Vice-Champion.
In 2020, Nico is again starting in the toughest touring car championship in the world together with Audi Sport Team ABT and looking to make another one of his big goals come true – to win the DTM Drivers Championship. At the same time, the young Swiss is making his debut in the FIA Formula E together with GEOX Dragon Racing
Nico Müller has plenty of experience in Formula E. He has been competing in the innovative electric racing series since the 2019/2020 season and has sat out only the 2021/2022 season. In the most recent racing season, he achieved his best result to date with twelfth place overall for the Abt Cupra Formula E Team. In 2024, Porsche signs Müller as works driver for the Formula E team, and he’ll compete his first season for Andrette Formula E.
