Last weekend, in Flanders , the annual Omloop van Vlaanderen was raced.
This rallye is part of the British Historic Championship since 5 years, and every year the race grows and has more competitors both national and international. The Omloop van Vlaanderen however isn’t only about historic cars, they have races for modern cars too.
On Saturday, the historic cars started first, immediately followed by the modern cars, divided just by some publicity cars.
Sunday, it’s the other way, so modern cars start first, followed by the historics.
Among the modern cars, 4 Porsche GT3’s. In the historics series a Porsche RS competed
