So far the Porsche Classic Coast Tour is not really been in the international spotlights. However,the Porsche Classic Coast Tour is the 2nd largest Porsche only event in Belgium and maybe even the whole Benelux. The Porsche Classic Coast Tour, now in it’s 6th edition, is grown out of a passion for Classic Porsches and started as a small-scale meeting. The sixth edition builded on the reputation of past editions, with an expo on the theme of ’75 years of Porsche Sportscars’, to replace the traditional concours d’Elegance.
Just as in the previous editions, only a limited number of cars was allowed to participate in the tour. And you had to be quick to be one of them, as they sold out real soon. Another 10 cars for the sponsors of the Porsche Classic Coast Tour, and just over 100 cars started a scenic ride. Lunch generously offered by the Porsche dealership of Knokke. After about 150 kilometers, the cars arrived back in De Haan, where a delicious dinner waited them.
Visitors could spend all day at the premises to enjoy a fantastic show to celebrate 75 years of Porsche sports cars. At the end of the day, the organization donated an amount of 4.850 Euro to Think Pink, an organisation to support breast cancer research and support those who have to fight the disease. Next year, the Porsche Classic Coast Tour takes place Saturday August 24 2024. Find out more at the PCCT website to participate.
