Next weekend, all eyes in the classic car world will be directed toward Amelia Island, Florida. For the 28th year yet, the major auction houses bring some true gems to the Amelia to be auctioned. Four auctions will take place during the 2023 event. The speculated sales range up to over $200 million. Hundreds of rare, high-quality vehicles will cross the auction blocks. That of course makes Amelia Island the place to be next weekend. We told you about the charity auction of the Ultimate Artist’s Edition of Brumos: an American Racing Icon before.
The most interesting and rare Porsches will be auctioned by Gooding & Company. Among the cars that cross the block you’ll see some speed monsters like the RUFs. Remarkable too is the Leyton House Porsche 962C that will open doors for you to compete in the Peter Auto Series in Europe, and of course the Porsche Rennsport Reunion later this year.
