30th anniversary for Porsche Club Japan
At the traditionally biannual organised Porsche Parade 2016 in Japan, the Porsche Club Japan celebrated their 30 Anniversary. The place to be was the Suzuka International Racing Course. With a participation of close to 300 cars, the Porsche Parade can only be called a huge succes.
There lots of activities going on at the Porsche Parade. A free run on the Suzuka race track, Race taxi, Race courses for the trackside, or concours d’elegance and a great display of cars for the folks that don’t need the track action. With the support of the Porsche Museum that display had among many other cars a stunning Gulf livery Porsche 917. Even company CEO Dr. Wolfgang Porsche made it to Japan to visit the Porsche Parade and make a tour on the track in a Porsche 356C Cabriolet.
The Porsche Parade Japan is a true family event that attracts lots of visitors The Porsche Club Regions do their uttermost best to gain the attention of the visitors by decorating their cars, hoping to win some members that are pleased with what they see.
Actually, 2 days long one couldn’t see anything but smiling faces of passionate Porsche fans and their gorgeous cars. Fun is over for 2016, all heads direction 2018 for the next edition.
